Receiver Benjamin active for Panthers against GB

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) Rookie receiver Kelvin Benjamin is active for the Carolina Panthers on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers after being cleared following a concussion.

Benjamin is Carolina's top wideout with 416 yards and four touchdowns.

The Panthers will be without starting cornerback Josh Norman, who had been listed as probable. He was also recovering from a concussion.

Melvin White is starting for Norman. Carolina is also without two other starters in linebacker Chase Blackburn (knee) and guard Amini Silatolu (calf). Running back Jonathan Stewart is starting for DeAngelo Williams, who is out with an ankle injury.

For Green Bay, starting cornerback Tramon Williams is active after missing some practice time with an ankle injury. Davon House is starting at the other cornerback spot with Sam Shields out with a knee injury.
