Ravens WR Torrey Smith out with concussion

Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith left Sunday's game against Denver with a concussion and will not return.

The injury occurred in the third quarter when Smith leaped to make a sideline catch and came down on his head. The pass was ruled incomplete.

Smith had one catch for 14 yards.

Ravens rookie running back Bernard Pierce also left the game with concussion. He had five carries for 20 yards.
