Oakland is just third team since merger to beat first-place team for its first win after losing at least 10 games to start season, and first since Indianapolis beat Green Bay in 1997. … Raiders have won four of last six in series. This will be first meeting in St. Louis since 2002, when Marshall Faulk ran for 158 yards and had receiving TD in 28-13 win. … Raiders QB Derek Carr leads NFL rookies with 2,249 yards passing and 14 TDs, both franchise rookie records. … Raiders had 179 yards rushing against Chiefs, including career-best 112 by Latavius Murray on four carries with two TDs before leaving with concussion. … … Rams expected to activate DE Chris Long (left ankle) from injured reserve-designated for return after practicing for three weeks.
