Antonio Brown tweets negative scouting report from 2010 after signing huge extension

Antonio Brown became the NFL’s highest-paid wide receiver Monday night, when he signed a five-year extension with the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was a move that was a long time coming, considering how productive he’s been for the past four years.

After signing the lucrative extension, Brown shared one published scouting report from 2010, which he has kept ever since. Some highlights are “very thin,” “lacks functional strength,” and “concentration lapses.”

Brown, a sixth-round pick in the 2010 draft, has risen from afterthought to arguably the league’s best wide receiver, having totaled 8,377 yards in seven seasons – five as a primary starter.

He’s certainly deserving of his massive extension, especially after going from “late draftable pick” to an NFL superstar.
