Ex-NFLer O.J. Brigance, diagnosed with ALS in 2007, does Ice Bucket Challenge

Former NFL player O.J. Brigance, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2007, joined the Ice Bucket Challenge on Friday, posting a moving video to his YouTube page.

Brigance played seven seasons in the NFL, including one season for the Ravens’ 2000 championship team. Brigance was a key special teams member, posting 25 tackles on special teams. The Ravens also embraced their Sr. Advisor for Player Development during the 2012 Super Bowl run.

He has also created the “Brigance Brigade” foundation to raise ALS awareness. Watch the video below to see his special message and who he nominated:
