NFL flexes Chargers-Niners to Saturday night

NEW YORK (AP) The NFL has moved its Week 16 game between San Diego and San Francisco to prime time.

As part of the Week 16 flexible scheduling, the Philadelphia Eagles will play at the Washington Redskins on Saturday, Dec. 20 at 4:30 p.m. on the NFL Network. That will be followed by the Chargers at the 49ers at 8:25 p.m. on CBS, the NFL announced on Sunday.

The Week 15 matchup of the Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 1 p.m. will be broadcast on Fox. The Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions game has moved to 4:25 p.m. on Fox.

The originally scheduled Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles game remains in place on NBC's Sunday night football schedule.
