Jets' Decker, Marshall closing in on record held by Moss, Carter

Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker have quietly become one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL this season.

They have 122 catches and 17 touchdowns combined in 11 games thanks to a big Sunday from both receivers in a 38-20 Week 12 win by the New York Jets against the Miami Dolphins. Each player caught a touchdown pass (two for Marshall), giving them six games in which they've both had touchdown receptions.

Incredibly, only former Vikings receivers Randy Moss and Cris Carter (in 1998) have combined for more such games (seven) in one season than Decker and Marshall.

Against the Dolphins on Sunday, Decker and Marshall combined for 14 catches, 193 yards and three of Ryan Fitzpatrick's four touchdown passes. Decker has caught a touchdown pass in every game he's started except for two, racking up eight on the year.
