WATCH: Jason Pierre-Paul explains what exactly happened on July 4

Jason Pierre-Paul is back on the field, something that wasn't a given after his July 4th fireworks incident that mangled his right hand.

Pierre-Paul has played in six games this season, but knows very easily it could have been none. Here's part of his explanation on what happened that fateful day.

"The one I was holding. I thought it was a different one, but it wasn't. And it just went off in my hand, right away," he said. "I didn't have time to throw. I was throwing them all night and then I light the last one up and it blew off my hand."
