Pats LB Mayo joins Shake Shack to create 'LineShacker' for good cause

Published Jan. 8, 2016 12:22 p.m. ET

New England Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo isn't just good at blowing up running backs who break through the line of scrimmage. He knows how to come up with a tasteful milkshake for a good cause.

Mayo is teaming up with Shake Shack to create the "LineShacker." It's a milkshake that consists of vanilla frozen custard, pecan sticky bun flavors from Joanne Chang's Flour Bakery, and is topped with whipped cream and brown sugar cinnamon toasted pecans.

To make the treat even sweeter, all of the proceeds from the $5.75 shake will benefit the Boston Medical Center. The "LineShacker" will be available at all four Shake Shack locations in the Boston area.

You'll have to get them before they're gone, though. They're only available for the month of January, so get them while they're available.
