Dolphins become first team in NFL history to accomplish this feat

Ryan Tannehill and the Miami Dolphins came out firing against the Houston Texans, putting on an offensive show in the first half.

In the first 30 minutes of the game, the Dolphins scored 41 points, which is a franchise record for most points in one half. What's even more impressive is that they became the first team in NFL history to score four offensive touchdowns of 50 yards or more in a single half.

A big part of the scoring onslaught was the performance of Tannehill. In fact, he became the first player in the last 15 years to throw three touchdown passes of at least 50 yards. All three touchdowns went to different receivers, with one each going to Rishard Matthews, Lamar Miller, and Jarvis Landry. The fourth 50-yard touchdown came on Miller's 85-yard run.

It seems as though Dan Campbell has had a huge impact on the Dolphins in just two games as they've been dominant for the second consecutive week. If they can continue to play this way, they could find themselves in the hunt for a playoff berth.
