Miami Dolphins Jason Jones suspended two games

The Miami Dolphins will face the 49’ers this week in Miami and they will do so without DE Jason Jones. Jones was suspended two games this afternoon.

Jones, who played in place of Mario Williams on Sunday faced league discipline for an off-season DUI arrest. Jones told the team at the time of the incident. He apologized today as well.

The Dolphins also issued a statement as well.

Miami will lose Jones for both the 49’ers game this weekend as well as the Ravens the following weekend. Miami is hoping that Mario Williams will return to the field this week. He was inactive on Sunday despite returning to practice.
