The Green Bay Packers held their annual shareholders' meeting at Lambeau Field on Tuesday morning. A crowd of 11,000 Packers fans showed up for the event, which took on the feel of a pep rally, according to Michael Cohen of the Journal Sentinel.

Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy addressed the crowd, as did general manager Ted Thompson.

"We are committed to do everything we can," Murphy said, via the Journal Sentinel, "use all of our power, to bring the Lombardi Trophy right back here where it belongs."

The Packers are the NFL's only small-town, publicly-owned franchise. As of Tuesday's meeting, 360,760 shareholders held 5,011,558 shares of the team's stock, according to the Journal Sentinel's report.

"Everybody here is a Packer," Thompson said, per the Journal Sentinel. "We appreciate it. It's a good day to be a Packer."

Former Packers GM Ron Wolf—who'll be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame later this summer—was also in attendance and received a 32-second ovation upon his introduction, according to the Journal Sentinel.
