The refs completely missed an obvious Chiefs safety call

When holding occurs by an offensive team in the end zone, it's a safety.

Unless Jerome Boger is refereeing. Chiefs guard Ben Grubbs was flagged for an egregious end zone hold against the Vikings' Sharrif Floyd — but Boger never awarded two points.

His reasoning? He believed the penalty occurred in the field of play when it clearly did not.
