Published Feb. 7, 2013 5:19 p.m. ET

Jacksonville Jaguars coach Gus Bradley has finalized his staff.

Bradley hired tight ends coach Ron Middleton, running backs coach Terry Richardson, special teams assistant Matthew Smiley and defensive backs assistant Mike Rutenberg on Thursday.

The moves continue Bradley's trend of dipping into the college ranks for assistants.

Middleton spent the last five seasons at Duke, serving as associate head coach and special teams coordinator while also coaching the tight ends.
