Peyton Manning is the first starting QB to win a Super Bowl with two different teams

Peyton Manning did something no other quarterback has done in NFL history on Sunday when the Denver Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10 in Super Bowl 50 -- he became the first starting quarterback to win a Super Bowl with two different teams.

Manning's first Super Bowl victory came back in Super Bowl XLI when he was with the Indianapolis Colts and they defeated the Chicago Bears 29-17. Manning finished that game 25 of 38 for 247 yards passing, one touchdown and one interception.

Manning's second Super Bowl victory didn't go quite as well from a statistical standpoint -- the Panthers limited him to just 141 yards passing with no touchdowns and one interception.

In between Manning's two championships he suffered two losses -- one with the Colts in Super Bowl XLIV and one with the Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII.
