INDIANAPOLIS (AP) The Colts have waived injury-prone offensive lineman Justin Anderson. He was Indy's seventh-round draft pick in 2012 but never played in a game.

The 6-foot-5, 340-pound guard was put on Indy's physically unable to perform list as a rookie, was activated for one game before going on the practice squad and finished the 2012 season on injured reserve. Last year, Anderson went on injured reserve Aug. 9.

Earlier Monday, the Colts announced they had signed free agent safety David Sims, who made one start in 2012 with Philadelphia. The Colts signed two other free agents - linebacker Henoc Muamba and offensive lineman Jack Breckner.

It's been a busy few days for the Colts, who also hired former Browns coach Rob Chudzinksi as a special assistant to head coach Chuck Pagano.
