Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats tweeted an apology to Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel for his egregious face mask tackle on Sunday.

Manziel was fortunate that he only lost a contact on the head-spinning tackle, as Moats dragged him down by his facemask, claiming his hand got caught. Manziel was understanding and accepted Moats’ apology.

Mike Pereira of FOX Sports says Moats can expect a fine for one of the fiercest face mask penalties he’s seen.
