Johnny Manziel was out and about last weekend, and drama free

If you thought Johnny Manziel was going to go into hiding amid rumors of off-field issues and his likely release from the Browns come March 9, think again.

Manziel was seen at former Texas A&M teammate Mike Evans' wedding over the weekend.

All in all, seems like Manziel had a weekend out sans any drama. That's been a change for the second-year pro, who has been embroiled in more than a few off-field controversies since joining the Browns.

It's gotten to the point where even teammates are starting to talk about Manziel's time with the Browns in past tense.

"It's a sad end to the story in Cleveland for Johnny," Browns left guard Joe Thomas said last week.

Manziel has endured a litany of scandals since being the 22nd pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. The 23-year-old was investigated for allegedly striking his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley and threatening to kill them both last month.

It's the second time since October that Manziel has been under review by the league for a domestic incident. He was cleared of wrongdoing after police were called when he and Crowley got into a heated roadside argument last year in Avon, Ohio.

Last January, Manziel entered rehab for a lengthy stay. This past January, there were shenanigans that involved an alleged trip to Vegas
