Chad Johnson racking up parking tickets in Canada because he can't read French

In case you forgot, former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson is playing for the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League, and he's not making a big impact.

Ochocinco has recorded just two catches for 20 yards, and the Alouettes are 1-1 on the year. What he is doing and doing well, though, is racking up parking tickets on the streets of Montreal.

It's not that the wide receiver is intentionally breaking parking laws. He just can't read French, and this makes it difficult for him to understand the signs in the French-speaking city.

Here's Johnson's tweet to the mayor of Montreal pleading his case:

And the mayor's response:

It's unclear if Johnson will have more parking tickets than catches this season.
