Cam Newton was on another level down the home stretch against Seahawks
If you thought Cam Newton’s game-winning touchdown pass against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 6 was impressive, you probably won’t be surprised to find out that it was more than just one play where Newton was threading the needle.
As Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports, Newton hit on 100 percent of his passes in just over the final eight minutes of action.
Take out a spike to stop the clock and Cam Newton hit on his last 11 passes for 155 yards in the final 8:01.Article continues below ...

Obviously we aren’t going to hold the spike to stop the clock against him, but you get the point here. Newton stepped up massively when it mattered most for his team. It simply gets no better than the man who has led the Carolina Panthers to a 5-0 start.
