If you're a fan of the Carolina Panthers, there's probably no better birthday present that you could imagine getting than meeting star linebacker Luke Kuechly.

According to Black and Blue Review, that's exactly what happened to Jessica Hayes, who has cerebral palsy and autism, on her 21st birthday.

The surprise meeting was set up thanks to WBTV's Molly Grantham and Charlotte charity Dream on 3, as Black and Blue Review explains. The video below allows us to get an inside look at Kuechly's surprise visit.

It's always great to see professional athletes reach out like this, and this is the type of off-field story that really can make your day better.
