Calais Campbell: CB Justin Bethel 'has the potential to be great'

Cornerback Justin Bethel could play a key role for the Arizona Cardinals this year. 

Bethel will compete with fellow cornerback Jerraud Powers for the starting job to play alongside Patrick Peterson next season. The Cardinals may also decide to draft a cornerback and throw him into the mix as well. 

Coach Bruce Arians has spoken very highly of Bethel this offseason, and he is not alone. 

Teammate Calais Campbell told the Big Red Rage show he appeared on for the official team website that Campbell has very much impressed him.

"I think Justin Bethel has the potential to be great, but you have throw him in the fire and let him figure it out," Campbell said.

Bethel will certainly get his chance this season, but he will have to impress more than just Campbell to be the starting cornerback.
