Bills WR Johnson to play vs. Redskins

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson will return to the field Saturday against the Washington Redskins.

Johnson, battling a left hamstring injury, had extensive work on the practice field Monday during a morning workout. After the practice, Johnson said he was anxious to test the leg in live action against an opposing team.

Johnson is Buffalo's only established wide receiver. He is coming off three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons and led the team last year with 1,046 receiving yards. He suffered the injury Aug. 2 when he pulled up on a route during a team drill.
