Rex Ryan: Boobie Dixon will likely be main RB on Sunday

Boobie Dixon is likely to start at running back on Sunday as the Bills' depth has been depleted of late.

Losing LeSean McCoy was a tough enough blow for the Buffalo Bills, but yet another running back is dealing with an injury. Rookie Karlos Williams' status for Sunday is uncertain due to a concussion he suffered in Week 4, forcing the Bills to go further down the depth chart.

On Wednesday, Rex Ryan addressed the running back position and how it's likely to shake out against the Tennessee Titans this week, and it doesn't sound encouraging.

“Boobie Dixon will likely be the main RB on Sunday,” Ryan said in his press conference.

By Ryan saying Dixon will probably be the main back, it likely means that neither Williams or McCoy will be able to play on Sunday. Additionally, neither player is expected to practice on Wednesday, further hurting their chances of playing this week.

The Bills already proved that they missed McCoy against the New York Giants in Week 4 as they put up just 10 points. Losing Williams, as well, will greatly hurt their offense this week.
