Buccaneers vs. Bears: Thursday Injury Report
The Buccaneers continue to get healthy, as evidenced by the injury report.
More from The Pewter Plank
Things are looking up Buccaneers‘ fans. They are 3-5, but the health is starting to come around. As our good buddy James Yarcho noted earlier, Doug Martin and Mike Evans are on track. Martin has had no setbacks and Evans has been a full-go.
Maybe he’s super human. After the hit he took last week, it would have been understandable if his brains had leaked all over the field. Not only is Evans becoming an elite receiver, but after that hit we have evidence that he is made of a flexible plastic.
But seriously, it’s a good sign that the team is getting healthy. Let’s take a look at the official report:
|Mike Evans||13||WR||Concussion||Full Participation||Full Participation|
|Joe Hawley||68||C||Knee||Limited Participation||Limited Participation|
|Doug Martin||22||RB||Hamstring||Limited Participation||Limited Participation|
|Clinton McDonald||98||DT||Hamstring||Limited Participation||Full Participation|

|Jacquizz Rodgers||32||RB||Foot||Did Not Participate||Did Not Participate|
|Russell Shepard||89||WR||Hip||Did Not Participate||Did Not Participate|
|Jameis Winston||3||QB||Knee||Full Participation||Full Participation|
Clinton is back at a full-go. Jameis seems to be having no ill-effects of his knee, and we already discussed others. It would be nice to have Shepard and Pamphile getting work in, but I guess we can’t have everything we want.
Here is the report for the Bears:
|Bryce Callahan||37||CB||Hamstring||Limited Participation||Limited Participation|
|Ka’Deem Carey||25||RB||Illness||Did Not Participate||Full Participation|

The only new member of the report for Chicago is Unrein.
We will be back tomorrow with the final report.
