- SEATTLE - Russell Wilson leads the first-place Seahawks (4-2-1) against the Bills (4-4). Buffalo is expected to have LeSean McCoy back from a hamstring injury and has coaxed receiver Percy Harvin out of retirement. Game starts 8:30 p.m.
- Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was ejected for whipping his towel at a ref for not throwing his flag. It was the worst of many bad decisions in Week 9.

- NEW YORK - Finalists are announced for MVP, Cy Young, Rookie of the Year and Manager of the Year awards. Announcements 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - General managers arrive for their annual four-day meeting, with teams having until 5 p.m. to make $17.2 million qualifying offers to their former players who became free agents.
- Two major league managers are introduced: Bud Black of the Colorado Rockies and Torey Lovullo of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
- J.J. Redick of the Clippers is the NBA's new 3-point king, sort of. He has made a 3-pointer in 61 straight games, the league's longest active streak after Stephen Curry's record 157-game run ended Saturday.
- PITTSBURGH - Connor McDavid grew up idolizing Sidney Crosby. Now the Edmonton Oilers young star gets a chance to face Crosby in the NHL for the first time Tuesday night when the Oilers visit the Pittsburgh Penguins.
- MADRID - A Spanish judge accepts corruption charges against Neymar for irregularities regarding his transfer to Barcelona, opening the way for a trial involving the Brazilian forward and his parents.
- PARIS - Having taken Novak Djokovic's No. 1 ranking and his Paris Masters title, Andy Murray will try to grab another of his rival's crowns at the ATP finals.
- MADRID - Cristiano Ronaldo signs a five-year contract extension with Real Madrid, capping an exceptional year after triumphs with his club in the Champions League and with his Portuguese national team in the European Championship.
