WATCH: Steve Smith Sr. shakes off back injury for deep touchdown

Published Oct. 18, 2015 7:08 p.m. ET

If Steve Smith Sr. is feeling any pain from his back injury, he's showing no ill effects in San Francisco on Sunday.

Smith, who was listed as questionable all week with microfractures in his back, reeling in a deep ball from Joe Flacco late in the third quarter for a 34-yard touchdown. After outleaping 49ers defender Kenneth Acker in the end zone, Smith landed hard on his back, but he jumped right up to celebrate his third score of the season with a Pee-Wee Hermanesque dance move.

Smith finished the day with 137 yards on seven catches. He missed Baltimore's Week 5 loss to Cleveland after suffering the back injury on a hard tackle from Steelers linebacker Lawrence Timmons the week before.
