Arizona signs ex-CFL LB Baggs to 1-year deal

The Arizona Cardinals have signed outside linebacker Stevie

Baggs to a one-year contract.

Baggs played four seasons in the Canadian Football League, the

last two with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

He had 12 sacks last season, tied for most in the CFL. Overall,

he had a career-high 55 tackles.

Baggs played collegiately at Bethune-Cookman. He played for the

CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Edmonton Eskimos before signing

with Saskatchewan.
