The Arizona Cardinals had yet to play from behind through their first three games.

It took only 96 seconds into Sunday's matchup against the visiting St. Louis Rams for that to change. Nick Foles hit Tavon Austin over the middle for a 12-yard scoring pass to give the Rams a 7-0 lead.

Rookie David Johnson fumbled the opening kickoff for the Cardinals and St. Louis needed three plays to turn the miscue into a touchdown.

The Cardinals have scored a league-high 126 points entering Week 4 and are coming off a pair of blowout victories in which they outscored the Bears and 49ers by a combined 95-30.
