Chandler Catanzaro nailed all 33 extra-point attempts his rookie season.
However, he missed two PATs in the team's final preseason game vs. the Broncos.

Postgame, head coach Bruce Arians laid to rest any doubts surrounding his confidence in Catanzaro.
“No, I’m not concerned about [Catanzaro] and extra points so don’t worry. Don’t even give that question,” Arians said, via ESPN.
Catanzaro converted on 29-of-33 field goals last season, but made 16 straight to start his career. That set an NFL rookie record.
He later tied Kai Forbath for most consecutive field goals made to start a career with 17 before finally missing.
Entering 2015, Catanzaro – and the rest of the other place kickers – will try extra-point attempts at the 15-yard line, the equivalent of a 33-yard field goal (the NFL owners agreed upon this change in the offseason).
Per Pro Football Reference, Catanzaro was 12-of-14 from 30-39 yards out in 2014.
