Higgins (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Higgins has been able to practice in a limited fashion this week, so he has a chance to play this weekend after missing Monday's game against the Jets. If he's limited or out this Sunday, however, added opportunities behind Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry would be available for Damion Ratley.
Higgins (knee) remained limited at Wednesday's practice, Pat McManamon of The Athletic reports.
Higgins was a limited participant throughout last week, ultimately missing Monday's 23-3 win over the Jets. A return to full participation Thursday or Friday would set him up to reclaim the No. 3 receiver role Sunday against the Rams.
Higgins (knee) is inactive for Monday's road contest at the Jets.
Higgins came out of the season opener with an ankle injury, and while he was listed as limited on every Week 2 injury report, the Browns will exercise caution with the fourth-year wide receiver. With Higgins out of the lineup, Damion Ratley is the best bet to serve as the third WR behind starters Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry. Higgins' next chance to suit up will come Sunday night versus the Rams.
Higgins (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's matchup with the Jets, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Higgins remained limited at Saturday's practice, so it seems he is trending toward a game-time decision. It should be noted he indicated earlier in the week that he'd be fine for the game, so the Browns could just be exercising caution. Damion Ratley would be next up for the team's No. 3 receiver role should Higgins ultimately be unable to go.
Coach Freddie Kitchens relayed that Higgins (knee) was able to do "a little bit more" through the course of Friday's practice than he did during Thursday's session,Scott Patsko of Cleveland.com reports.
Higgins was officially listed as limited both days, and there's a decent chance he'll be listed as questionable for Monday night's contest against the Jets, despite having indicated earlier in the week that he'd be fine for the game. If Higgins is limited at all, or unable to play, Damion Ratley would be next up for wideout snaps behind Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry
