Brown (ankle) was officially listed as inactive for Sunday's showdown in Detroit.
Brown was unable to suit up in Week 1 due to the injury, and will have to wait at least another week to make his 2019 debut. His absence likely won't impact the defense too much, considering he's used in more of a depth role on defense and special teams.
Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Lions.
Brown missed the season opener, but he didn't practice all week and was tagged as doubtful ahead of that game. Now, he's been a limited participant in practice, and a questionable listing is more favorable. If Brown is ultimately ruled out, though, he appears to be on track to play Week 3 against the Texans.
Brown (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Colts.
Brown had an excellent 2018 campaign with 97 tackles (61 solo) and five pass breakups. He'll sit out the season opener, and Uchenna Nwosu will start at outside linebacker. It's possible, however, that Nwosu was expected to be the starter regardless of Brown's injury.
