Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers hands off to running back Ryan Mathews in Chicago. Rivers, who threw two touchdown passes but also two interceptions, lost his QB duel with Jay Cutler, as the Bears improved to 7-3 with a 31-20 win that dropped the low-voltage Bolts to 4-6.
