The first-round pick from Oklahoma State has been hobbled for much of the season, but when Okung faced Bears defensive end Julius Peppers in October, he shut him down.

Devin McCourty, CB, Patriots
He has started every game at cornerback and finished with seven interceptions and 17 passes defensed. McCourty, a Pro Bowl pick, is in the running for Rookie of the Year.
Maurkice Pouncey, C, Steelers
The former Florida Gator not only is that rarity of a rookie starting at center, but he also was named to the Pro Bowl. Pouncey clearly is continuing the Pittsburgh legacy of outstanding centers.
James Starks, RB, Packers
He caught everyone’s attention with his hard running against the Eagles. After doing next to nothing in the regular season (29 rushes for 101 yards), he racked up 123 yards on 23 carries, a 5.3-yard average, in Green Bay’s wild-card victory.
Rob Gronkowski/Aaron Hernandez, TE, Patriots
Put these two together and you have an All-Pro tight end. They have combined for 87 catches, 1,109 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns.
