INJURIES

Three grabs in Denver Duvernay caught three of six targets for 31 yards Sunday against the Broncos.
Impact The second-year receiver played 33 snaps, which ranked third among Baltimore receivers. Duvernay also tied for third on the team in targets, but it was fellow second-year receiver James Proche who made a bigger splash with five catches for 32 yards. Marquise Brown and Sammy Watkins are both locked into roles, but the No. 3 role is less settled, and Proche's emergence could impact Duvernay's role. Rookie Rashod Bateman's looming return also could be an issue for Duvernay. Baltimore hosts Indianapolis on Monday Night Football in Week 5.

First touchdown catch of 2021 Duvernay caught two of three targets for 22 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Lions.
Impact This marks two weeks in a row that Duvernay has found the end zone, though this time it was a touchdown reception where he got wide open on the Lions defense. Duvernay has five targets through three games, on which he has recorded three catches for 28 yards and a touchdown. He's playing the third-most receiver snaps behind Sammy Watkins and Marquise Brown. Rashod Bateman's looming return could further reduce Duvernay's role. Baltimore travels to Denver in Week 4.

Sees no targets Sunday Duvernay recovered a fumble for a touchdown Sunday but did not draw a target on 34 snaps against the Chiefs.
Impact Quarterback Lamar Jackson honed in on Marquise Brown, Mark Andrews and Sammy Watkins in Week 2 and didn't look Duvernay's way. Duvernay has two targets through two games and doesn't appear to be a major factor in the Baltimore target rotation. Baltimore heads to Detroit in Week 3.

Active for SNF Duvernay (groin) is listed as active for Sunday night's game against the Chiefs.
Impact As is fellow wideout Marquise Brown (ankle), a context that makes it tough to count on Duvernay for a high-volume role in Week 2, with Sammy Watkins also in the mix. Though he earned a 57 percent snap share in Week 1's loss to the Raiders, Duvernay caught just one pass (on two targets) for six yards in the contest.
SEPTEMBER 19, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for SNF Duvernay (groin) remained limited in practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
Impact If he suits up, Duvernay could see some extra attention from quarterback Lamar Jackson since fellow wide receiver Marquise Brown (ankle) is also questionable. Since the Ravens don't play until Sunday night, those who want to roll the dice on Duvernay -- who was limited both Thursday and Friday -- in fantasy should keep in mind that pickings will be slim as far as replacement options go.
SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Thursday injury report addition Duvernay (groin) was limited at practice Thursday.
Impact With Marquise Brown (ankle) now having logged back-to-back DNPs and Duvernay a new addition to the Ravens' injury report Thursday, the composition of the team's Week 2 wideout corps hinges on how the duo fares at practice Friday. If either or both players are out this weekend, James Proche and Tylan Wallace would be candidates for added snaps alongside Sammy Watkins.

Looks sharp in final tune-up Duvernay caught four of five target for 47 yards in Saturday's preseason game against Washington.
Impact He saw an incomplete pass on Lamar Jackson's only drive before going 4-for-4 with a red-hot Tyler Huntley at the helm. Duvernay seemingly entered training camp fourth or fifth on the depth chart, but with Rashod Bateman sidelined by core muscle surgery and Marquise Brown and Sammy Watkins dealing with lesser injuries, the 2020 third-round pick could be second or third in line for targets when the Ravens travel to Las Vegas in Week 1.

AUGUST 25, 2021 • USATODAY.COM
Uneven performance Saturday Duvernay recorded one catch (on three targets) for five yards during Saturday's preseason victory at Carolina.
Impact Tyler Huntley got the start for franchise quarterback Lamar Jackson, and the former's first pass was intended for Duvernay with the top wide receiver trio of Marquise Brown (hamstring), Sammy Watkins (undisclosed) and Rashod Bateman (groin) sidelined. The aforementioned pass was picked, though, and Duvernay's other two targets were a short incompletion and a five-yard reception. He hasn't exactly put himself on the map to get meaningful playing time over Brown, Watkins and Bateman when all of them are healthy. However, Bateman's recovery is expected to extend into the regular season, and Watkins' health has always been fickle, so Duvernay could be a regular in the Ravens offense come Week 1.

Shows flashes as rookie Duvernay had 20 catches for 201 yards on 26 targets and added four rushes for 70 yards as a rookie. He also ran one kick back for a touchdown.
Impact The rookie out of Texas was impressive on a per-target basis but consistent playing time was hard to come by. Duvernay finally cracked the receiver rotation after the Week 7 bye, averaging a 52 percent snap share over his next six games. He caught nine of 12 targets for 111 yards in that stretch but his snaps and production fell off a cliff down the stretch with one catch for no gain over his final four games. Looking long-term, this was not a disappointing season for Duvernay and there is plenty of room for development in Year 2. Duvernay will have a better chance at surpassing Miles Boykin for the No. 2 role out wide with a year of NFL experience under his belt. There's also the distinct possibility that neither Dez Bryant nor Willie Snead will be back next season, so there should be a path for Duvernay to find his way onto the fantasy radar.

Two touches in win Duvernay caught his lone target for no gain and rushed once for seven yards in Sunday's 27-13 win over the Giants. He also returned two punts for 36 yards and two kicks for 39 yard...
Impact Duvernay took over as the primary punt returner and immediately showed promise, recording returns of 23 and 13 yards. However, the rookie third-rounder continues to stay out of the offensive game plan, as he's recorded just six receptions for 27 yards over the last six contests.
