Delaney grabbed one rebound and had eight assists, accumulating a plus-minus of +25 in his 23:21 on the floor. He added one block and one steal. Delaney went 2 of 2 from behind the arc.
Impact:
News: John Collins scored eight points Monday, going 3 of 4 from the field, as the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Utah Jazz 104-90. Collins pulled down seven rebounds and added an assist, accumulating a plus-minus of +17 in his 21:18 on the floor. He added one block. Collins went 1 of 1 from behind the arc.
Impact:
News: Tyler Dorsey scored five points Monday on 2-of-3 shooting as the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Utah Jazz 104-90. Dorsey grabbed two rebounds and added an assist, accumulating a plus-minus of -7 in his 10:47 of playing time. Dorsey went 1 of 1 from 3-point range.
Impact:
News: Raul Neto scored 11 points Monday, going 4 of 8 from the field, as the Utah Jazz lost to the Atlanta Hawks 104-90. Neto pulled down one rebound and added an assist, tallying a plus-minus of +1 in his 14:30 of playing time. He tacked on one steal.
Impact: This just the second time all season that Neto has record double-digit points.
News: Ersan Ilyasova scored five points Monday, going 2 of 4 from the field, as the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Utah Jazz 104-90. Ilyasova pulled down 11 rebounds and added an assist, tallying a plus-minus of +5 in his 23:41 of playing time. He tacked on one steal.
Impact:
News: Rudy Gobert scored six points Monday on 2-of-6 shooting as the Utah Jazz lost to the Atlanta Hawks 104-90. Gobert pulled down 10 rebounds and added an assist, tallying a plus-minus of -8 in his 27:57 on the floor. He added three blocks and three steals.
Impact: He had 39 points in his previous two games.
News: Andrew Wiggins scored 40 points Monday, going 16 of 28 from the field, as the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 126-118. Wiggins pulled down six rebounds and added an assist, accumulating a plus-minus of +11 in his 41:02 on the floor. He added one block. Wiggins went 3 of 7 from 3-point range.
Impact: Wiggins stepped up big for a second straight game with Jimmy Butler (sidelined), building off Saturday's 29-point performance against Toronto in which he went 11 of 21 from the floor. He hadn't been scoring at nearly the same rate with Butler in the lineup lately, so keep an eye on the latter's status for Wednesday's visit to Portland.
News: Karl-Anthony Towns scored 11 points Monday, going 1 of 7 from the field, as the Minnesota Timberwolves topped the Los Angeles Clippers 126-118. Towns pulled down 17 rebounds and had three assists, tallying a plus-minus of +8 in his 32:38 of playing time. He added one block.
Impact: Towns made up for his lousy shooting performance somewhat by going 9 of 10 from the foul line to extend his double-double streak to 13 games. Consider this off-target display an outlier, as he shot an impressive 58.5 percent from the field (47.5 percent from 3-point range) over his previous 17 outings.
News: Nemanja Bjelica scored 18 points Monday on 6-of-13 shooting as the Minnesota Timberwolves topped the Los Angeles Clippers 126-118. Bjelica pulled down nine rebounds and dished out four assists, accumulating a plus-minus of +6 in his 34:48 of playing time. He tacked on one steal. Bjelica went 3 of 9 from 3-point range.
Impact: Bjelica made a second straight start in place of an injured Jimmy Butler and delivered a season high in rebounds while matching one in points. The Serb could be a fantasy possibility if Butler remains out Wednesday at Portland, but he'll have little value if his teammate does suit up.
News: Jeff Teague scored a season-high 30 points Monday on 7-of-14 shooting as the Minnesota Timberwolves topped the Los Angeles Clippers 126-118. Teague pulled down three rebounds and dished out six assists, tallying a plus-minus of +12 in his 34:18 on the floor.
Impact: The Timberwolves needed Teague to step up with Jimmy Butler sidelined, and he did just that with an aggressive performance that resulted in him going 16 of 17 from the foul line. The point guard had just five points on 2-of-11 shooting in Minnesota's previous game, but did dish out 10 assists and has been a steady fantasy contributor most nights.
News: Montrezl Harrell scored 23 points Monday, going 8 of 13 from the field, as the Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Minnesota Timberwolves 126-118. Harrell grabbed six rebounds and did not have an assist, tallying a plus-minus of -2 in his 31:25 of playing time. He added one steal.
Impact: Harrell's no DeAndre Jordan in the rebounding and defense departments, but he's making a nice contribution by averaging 16.3 points and six boards while shooting 63.4 percent from the floor over his last seven games. The energetic forward should continue to garner fantasy consideration for as long as Jordan stays sidelined with his ankle issue.
News: Lou Williams scored 20 points Monday on 8-of-15 shooting as the Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Minnesota Timberwolves 126-118. Williams pulled down three rebounds and had seven assists, accumulating a plus-minus of -3 in his 35:38 on the floor. Williams went 3 of 9 from behind the arc.
Impact: Williams put up a surprising goose egg in the steals category two days after coming up with a franchise-record 10 at Utah. Owners who've been rolling with him the past month still can't complain much, as he's averaging a sensational 29.6 points and 5.6 assists during a 16-game tear in which he's 64 of 149 (43 percent) on 3-point attempts.
News: Milos Teodosic scored 15 points Monday on 5-of-9 shooting as the Los Angeles Clippers lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves 126-118. Teodosic grabbed three rebounds and dished out six assists, accumulating a plus-minus of -12 in his 27:56 of playing time. He tacked on one steal. Teodosic went 3 of 6 from behind the arc.
Impact:
News: Blake Griffin scored 32 points Monday, going 13 of 22 from the field, as the Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Minnesota Timberwolves 126-118. Griffin grabbed 12 rebounds and had 12 assists, tallying a plus-minus of -14 in his 36:42 of playing time. He tacked on one steal. Griffin went 2 of 8 from behind the arc.
Impact: The triple-double was Griffin's second of the season and first since he returned from the knee injury that sidelined him a month. Perhaps still fired up from last week's contentious meeting with the Rockets, the five-time All-Star has been taking it out on his opponents by averaging 26.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 6.3 assists over a four-game stretch.
News: CJ McCollum scored 12 points Monday, going 3 of 14 from the field, as the Portland Trail Blazers fell to the Denver Nuggets 104-101. McCollum pulled down two rebounds and had four assists, accumulating a plus-minus of -7 in his 35:07 on the floor. He tacked on two steals.
Impact: McCollum finished 0 of 3 from beyond the arc, the first time in a month in which he hasn't hit a 3-pointer. Though he's averaging 18 points over his last three games, the standout guard has cooled off a bit by shooting just 36.4 percent from the field during that span.
