Jazz set world record, hit ‘Pacers fans’ with 432 cans of silly string

Utah broke the world record they set in April 2012, when they used 300 cans of silly string.

Lots of strange things happen between quarters and at halftime of NBA games. But in a recent game between the Jazz and the Pacers, Utah took things to another level.

Jazz fans used 432 cans of silly string at the same time during a break in the game action, dousing two "Pacers fans" who had volunteered to be a part of the promotion. (Call us cynical, but we’re also considering the possibility that they were Jazz fans planted on behalf of the event.) The Jazz captured a video of the world record and shared it on their YouTube account, and the results were amazing:

It was a particularly silly event. But now, the Utah Jazz hold the world record for most cans of silly string used simultaneously. And no one can ever take that away from them.
