When you're a silky smooth scorer like DeMar DeRozan, defenses have to respect you at all times. Otherwise, what appears like a mistake can turn into a bucket in the blink of an eye.

In the Toronto Raptors' big preseason win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, DeRozan appeared to lose his handle on the rock as he went to use a Luis Scola screen. But when the defense relaxed as the shot clock wound down, DeRozan struck, knocking down an on-a-rope 3-pointer that gave the Raptors a 23-point lead:
