Rockets player apologizes after outrage for vandalizing Great Wall of China

Houston Rockets guard Bobby Brown begged Chinese citizens for forgiveness on Tuesday after receiving severe backlash for signing his name and number on the Great Wall of China.

As a part of the NBA's Global Games program, the Rockets are in China playing a series of exhibitions vs. the New Orleans Pelicans in different cities. In between contests, the Rockets visited the Great Wall — and on his Weibo microblog, Brown published his graffiti with the caption: “Had a blast at the Great Wall of China today.”
