Whiteside averaged 11.8 points, 10.0 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game with Miami last year. His health is a major part of the team's defense and rebounding, considering Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade are coming off seasons in which they didn't make it all the way through.
Whiteside still sidelined by calf strain and will not play Wednesday against Magic in Louisville.
