NEW YORK (AP) New York Knicks reserve guard Ron Baker will be out indefinitely with a right shoulder injury.

The Knicks say an MRI exam on Wednesday revealed a shoulder dislocation and a torn labrum. Baker was hurt in the first quarter of a victory over Brooklyn on Tuesday when he appeared to be kicked by DeMarre Carroll, who was jumping to take a shot.

Baker is averaging 2.4 points in 29 games this season after re-signing with the Knicks for two years last summer.
