JaVale McGee showed he’s got some game both on and off the court.

There were about eight minutes left in the second quarter of the Nuggets’ game against the New Orleans Pelicans at Denver’s Pepsi Center on Friday night when the Denver center hustled to grab an offensive rebound off the boards and ended up tumbling into the stands.

But the 26-year-old McGee showed some quick thinking and smooth operating as he landed in the front row. The 7-foot, 270-pound McGee expertly sat himself in an empty sideline seat, checked out the court action as he wrapped his arm around a fan and pecked her on the cheek before bounding back onto the court — all without so much as missing a beat.

Check out the adorable video, and the fan’s delightfully surprised reaction:

The Nuggets beat the Pelicans 117-97.
