Craig Sager vows to defy new prognosis giving him 3-6 months to live

The heartbreaking news continues for Craig Sager.

Yesterday, we had to share the heartbreaking news that famous sideline reporter Craig Sager’s leukemia is no longer in remission. Unfortunately, the news sounds much more dire than we originally thought.

Sager shared his news in a preview for an episode of HBO’s "Real Sports" that aired on Tuesday evening. But in the longer clip, Sager tells HBO that his doctors have told him the average prognosis would be three to six months left to live:
