Brook Lopez could be on his way out of Brooklyn.

Yahoo Sports/FOX Sports 1 NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Nets have intensified their efforts to move the former All-Star center.

The Nets are in discussions with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Hornets on a three-team trade that could send Hornets guard Lance Stephenson, a native of Coney Island, to Brooklyn, according to the report. The Hornets, who signed Stephenson to a three-year, $27 million deal in the summer, have had previous trade discussions involving him because he reportedly hasn’t meshed with the team.

The Thunder would land Lopez, whom they’ve been aggressively pursuing, Wojnarowski reports. The Hornets would get guard Jarret Jack from Brooklyn and guard Jeremy Lamb and rookie forward Grant Jerrett from Oklahoma City, according to multiple reports.

The Thunder also would send veteran center Kendrick Perkins, who has an expiring contract, to the Nets, USA Today reports.

The Nets have indicated to teams that they would like to finalize a trade by the weekend, Wojnarowski reports.
