Allen Iverson documentary set to debut, likely without featuring his new Reebok sneakers

Allen Iverson was a magnetic figure during his time in the NBA.

His scoring prowess, hair-dos, and quotable moments – “We’re talking about practice, man!” – made him transcend on and off the court.

Iverson officially retired in October after last playing in 2010. He won four scoring titles for the Sixers and was the 2001 MVP when he led them to the NBA Finals. He never won a championship, the lone omission in a career that is destined for the Hall of Fame.

The 76ers retired his No. 3 jersey in March. There’s also a 97-minute documentary set to debut about Iverson at the Tribeca film festival at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, but here’s a sneak peek at it.

We feel it’s safe to say that Iverson’s new Reebok sneakers won’t make it into the flick because they might make people look away.

The new “White Noise” shoes will retail at $140.
