During a press conference following the NBA Board of Governors meeting in Las Vegas on Tuesday evening, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver not only announced an immediate rule change involving intentional away-from-the-ball fouling, but, sent some shockwaves through the room when he was prompted to comment on Kevin Durant’s signing with Golden State and the formation of the Warriors "super team" — a roster stacked to the brim with superstars.
