Caleb Houstan - Sent to G League Houstan has been assigned to the College Park Skyhawks of the G League, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Impact Houstan signed a two-way deal with the Hawks on Oct. 18, and has appeared in three total games with the team for 4 total minutes, but has yet to register a stat. Houstan will likely split time between the NBA and G League moving forward.

Jacob Toppin - Rejoins parent club The Hawks recalled Toppin from the G League's College Park Skyhawks on Wednesday.
Impact Toppin will presumably take part in practice with the Hawks over the next couple of days, though it's unclear if he'll remain with the parent club for its next game Friday against the Raptors. The third-year forward is on a two-way deal with Atlanta and is likely to see the bulk of his playing time with College Park in 2025-26.
