Impact McBride returned after missing the previous two games due to personal issues. While the production was nothing to write home about, the fact that he played 29 minutes despite coming off the bench was a real positive. Both Landry Shamet and Josh Hart played just 15 minutes, indicating that McBride could very well be positioned to serve as the team's sixth man, at least for the foreseeable future.

Impact Hart hit rock bottom in the loss, failing to score in arguably the worst performance of his career. With Mitchell Robinson returning to action, the path to minutes for Hart just got even murkier. Despite coming off a breakout season, the current trajectory for Hart makes it hard to make a case for him being a must-roster player.

Impact Robinson played his first game of the season, leading the team with 11 rebounds. He slotted straight into the starting lineup, and although he was apparently not on a minutes restriction, he did manage just 20 minutes. As expected, he was non-existent on the offensive end, but the other aspects of his game appeared fine. His availability moving forward remains a mystery, although simply being back on the court is a step in the right direction.
