Stephen Curry unveils new signature shoe, the Curry 4, before NBA Finals Game 1
Stephen Curry turned heads before Game 1 even started Thursday, as the Golden State Warriors point guard unveiled his newest signature sneaker, the Curry 4 from Under Armour (via the Vertical's Nick DePaula).

The shoe drew a warm reception on Twitter, especially compared to the savagery unleashed on the Curry 2 — the shoe the internet ruthlessly mocked when it was released in an all-white, low-top colorway.
The Curry 3 was nothing to write home about, either, although its bland profile meant the shoe was more ignored than roasted.

But the Curry 4 was embraced by the two-time MVP's NBA peers, even if their compliments were of the backhanded variety.

FS1's Skip Bayless loved the shoe as well.

Curry wasn't the only Warrior debuting a new shoe Thursday. Kevin Durant unveiled an all-white colorway of his KD X sneaker, the "Still KD" model, which Nike planned to make available on its website when Durant was on the court during Game 1.
