The Eldora event is the only race in NASCAR’s top three national touring series held on dirt. It is set for next Wednesday, July 20, with television coverage of the main race beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET on FS1.

It will mark just the second Truck Series start of the season for Larson, and the 12th of his career. Larson ran at Martinsville for GMS Racing earlier this season and finished fourth.

Larson has made two previous Truck Series starts at Eldora, finishing second in 2013 and 26th last year.

Fellow Sprint Cup driver Tony Stewart owns the Eldora track, which is located in Rossburg, Ohio.
